Andre 6 Years old!
Wow We can't believe how tall Andre has become. Andre has been playing soccer and t-ball, he has started kindergarten and is in the Dual Language program. We are so proud of his accomplishments. This kid has a lot of energy and make us so happy. WE can't wait for the summer and all the fun activities he will be apart of.
Alliance Air Show
What you haven't been to the Alliance Air Show in Ft. Worth?
Well look no further, this weekend in ft. Worth is where you want to take your family. This will be a family friendly event that will have everyone entertained. Be prepared to see many fighter jets luke the Blue Angels, look out for jets and planes that will be on the runway for you to touch and maybe get inside one. This event has all the fair food you can imagine like corn dogs, funnel cakes and of course frozen lemonade. We as a family make it out here every chance that we can because we like to see amazing air show fun.
First you will need to purchase your parking ticket online for the price of $30 per vehicle. Also I recommend bringing ear plugs for the family because it will be extremely loud when the jets fly overhead. With young kids if you have a wagon I recommend bringing so there little feets don't get to tired. Also can't forget the adults bring a folding chair for you to seat and enjoy the shows. These are some of the items I feel are necessary for you to have a pleasant experience and be prepared. My family loves Air Shows and I hope that you can make it a family tradition too. Enjoy the show, be sure to follow the link for more details.

Roundtop, TX
The magical place in Roundtop, TX is the prestigious Roundtop Festival Institute. Our dear friend Leslie introduced us to this place because of the music scholars that come from around the world to attend the institute! We had a blast walking the grounds and taking pictures of such a awe inspiring place.
After our impromptu photo shoot we made it to Antique Show in Roundtop, TX. This place is known for having fields upon fields filled some many things you can imagine wanting. I picked out a fabulous turquoise ring, and the girls all got matching bug bracelets. That's right.
We of course found a red wagon for the boys and hauled them around everywhere! They absolutely enjoyed it. What a FUN time in Roundtop. We will have to make another trip out to this fun town.
No stop isn't complete without getting kolaches and fruit pastry's. WE of course stopped at the Czech stop and raised our peace sign to the city of West. We really like to support small businesses. What a great weekend and on to the next road trip!
